Senfina is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead its regulatory strategy and join its management team. This is an opportunity to shape business decisions, build trusted relationships with regulators, and support sustainable growth.

As the Head of Regulatory Affairs you will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance and ensure that regulatory considerations are embedded in Senfina’s strategy, operations, and development. Especially in regards to Sefina ARA (AI Augmented Regulatory Affairs platform, and Digital Twin Technology) strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute Senfina’s regulatory strategy in line with its business objectives.
- Serve as the principal contact for regulatory authorities and oversee regulatory submissions, approvals, and reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact, and guide the company’s response.
- Advise the management team on regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic decisions.
- Establish effective regulatory policies, processes, and governance.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and business teams to support new initiatives and market expansion.
- Build and develop the regulatory affairs function, including managing external advisers where needed.

- Significant experience in regulatory affairs within [relevant industry], including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory frameworks applicable to Senfina’s activities and markets.
- A proven ability to engage constructively with regulatory authorities.
- Strategic judgment combined with a practical approach to implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions at management and board level.
- A relevant degree in law, business, science, or another appropriate discipline.
